I apologize for not writing any articles this week. I’m kind of under the weather. But I’ll be back next week. In the meantime, you can use the comment section to discuss recent events. See you next time!
Race is real, according to a white racist society. And here’s a breakdown on how it sees different ‘races’.
You are adored, admired and supported practically no matter what you do. You and only you have made so many contributions to this nation and to the world throughout all of history. You deserve the best. You deserve comfort.
Even if and when you do wrong, you’re still human. Hell, you’re BETTER than human! And as such, you will be treated as positive as humanly possible.
You are still good people by nature. You can truly do no wrong because, by virtue of your skin color, you are superior to everyone else in intelligence, beauty and morality. And anyone who says otherwise, regardless of any evidence presented, truly hates you. Don’t let them steal your joy or your position as the greatest people on Earth. You deserve the world and our white god’s love.
Native Americans/First Nation People
Wait, are they still around?
Anyway, they were savages. They were primitive. They brought it on themselves for the genocide inflicted on them. This is a country for WHITE people only anyway. And don’t blame white people for what their ancestors did. That’s racist!
We don’t care about you. We never did. You are only valuable so long as you serve us in some way, shape or form. Other than that, your lives are worthless to us.
Besides, your people are inferior, criminal minded, sex-crazed, lazy, violent degenerates and your skin color proves it. The fact that you’re black is a problem to us! And if you think that’s racist. It’s not. It’s the truth. The truth is racist and to be anti-racist is to be anti-white.
Racism is a thing of the past. Get over it already! Still, we have to hear you bitch and moan about how you’re still not treated fairly. We don’t care about your pain and suffering. You all just want free stuff. You don’t deserve a damn thing. You should get off your lazy asses, pull yourselves up by your bootstraps, get a fucking job and stop complaining!
Why don’t you be like white people and learn how to work and behave? If you do, we just might care about you, but not enough to see you as fully human.
You’re our model minority. You are not like blacks or Latinos. You are more like white people than they are, and that’s awesome! You work hard. You stay out of trouble. And you’re not violent or rapists.
However, you’re still strange to us. You still seem to not fit our image as to what an American looks like. You appear weaker, undersexed and way too smart – even smarter than whites it seems. That’s why that even though you’re good people, you can never truly be given the honor of being considered human.
You work hard. We’ll give you that. But you still don’t truly belong here. If you are here, you’re probably here illegally. You probably stole jobs from
whites real Americans. And that’s why they hate you.
Stay in your country where drugs, poverty, murder and rape are common. Don’t bring that shit into our beloved country.
All or most of you are probably Muslim and are therefore terrorists.
You hate our freedom.
You should be thrown in prison, tortured or thrown out of our country.
You’re considered another ‘race’ we don’t like. You’re greedy. You rule everything. And you’re untrustworthy.

Brotha was very considerate and compassionate in his response to the Orlando shooting and while I get that, there’s something about this whole thing that has me very pissed.
I don’t recall ANY of the white celebrities, politicians and media pundits rushing to show empathy with the nine black people murdered in Charleston. Not only that, not a one of those people stepped up to the plate to call out the assholes at Fake Noise or washed up has-been Pat Boone for lying that this was about ‘religion’.
When the Orlando shooting happened on June 12, white people were immediately coming out in droves to call this a tragedy to end all tragedies. Interesting, considering that America is one of the few countries to drop several bombs on other nations along with Agent Orange. This is also the country that used deadly chemicals to poison Iraqi soldiers where the ramifications are still being felt today by thousands. Yet, when it’s a group that white people feel are worth protecting, you bet your ass they will be on alert.
I asked someone after the shooting that if this were a club full of straight black and Latino people would be white folks be so damn up in arms? The answer to that is not very likely. Although there were no white and gay people in the club, the bottom line is that the majority of gay people in this country are white. So, an attack on any crowd of gay people is basically an attack on them.
If my words seem harsh, then so be it. I am sick to death of black people being expected to rally around other communities, but nobody is supposed to give a rat’s ass about us. When Donald Chump made derogatory comments about illegal immigrants, specifically Mexicans, they had the gall to complain about black people as if it’s our fucking job to make certain that white people never hurt their feelings. However, that same community was silent after Mexican president Vincente Fox said obnoxious things about African-Americans or when that asswipe from Univision called the First Lady Michelle an “ape”.
I don’t recall the gay community in such a hurry to speak out for black people. And for the people who want moan that there were black people killed in the club too, I don’t want to hear it. It’s real easy for everyone else to preach solidarity with Negroes when their ass is on the line. Yet, for black people we are very much on our own for our struggles and suffering. Where are all the gay, Asian, Latino and Arab folks for black people when the Charleston church shooting took place? Oh right! They were sitting somewhere bitching about how “all lives matter” and lecturing us about how we don’t own the movement.
Well we don’t need to sympathize with your damn anguish either fool!
Had that been an all black club, I have a sneaky suspicion that all this love and support from the white Hollyweird society would be non-existent as would all their outrage, protests and singing songs on the White House lawn. Performers at the Tonys instantly slapped on white ribbons to show that they were with the people killed in spirit. Funny but I didn’t see any ribbon sporting by those hypocrites when the nine black people were murdered last year.
I noticed from the pictures on Brotha’s website that one of the victims was an elderly black woman. For the longest of times, even our aged have gotten zero respect. Don’t lose sight of the fact that age had no bearing on who got lynched back in the day. Young and mature alike were hung, some while in broad daylight, with many with pictures of smiling white scumbags to prove it. But to hear white folks talk, racism is a thing of the past and whatever trauma befalls us Negroes, we had it coming.
Smart-ass TV satirist Samantha Bee even went so far as to call thug Dylann Roof a “nationalist”. What the fuck is that supposed to mean exactly? Apparently, that is her way of saying “You black mothers better deal with your problems yourselves, because we have better people to worry about!”
I also wonder why this annoying bitch put up two images of black males in her venting rage.
White folks absolutely didn’t scream about gun control when nine black folks lost their lives to that punk who I might add was taken to Burger King right afterwards as if he were the police officers best damn friend or some shit. In addition, the Charleston shooter is alive and well, meaning that yes, there IS a bias when it comes to cops and black people, the same way there is a bias to who white people will shed tears over as they proclaim that we should “love each other more”. No, we should only love those people who you pricks deem worthy. That’s the American way.
I get that the people who were killed that night in the club had nothing to do with the murders of those nine people at the church in Charleston. Still, I have a hard time weeping over their deaths when ours are treated like a forced footnote on the nightly news. Don’t think for one second that the attention given to the victims in Charleston was anything but a necessary situation. I could tell that the humanity for the people who died in Orlando was genuine just as I could tell the humanity for the people murdered in Charleston was not. Neither side is willing to spend that much time discussing black people’s horror, unless it’s in the most perfunctory way possible. On top of that is the fact that black lives are especially expendable in predominantly black spaces.
White folks have the peace of mind to know that anywhere inhabited mostly by black folks is somewhere they never have to be, except by choice. Then again, we all know good and well that given that choice, white folks will stay far away. Their safety is a priority while ours is completely up for grabs even as there are white people demanding that black folks are the most violent.
Then, when confronted with the ever growing number of white male mass shootings, they get defensive or dismissive by calling them ‘occasional’. That doesn’t make the nine church members in South Carolina any less dead, nor does it make it justifiable so you can forego our pain while you require that we acknowledge yours.
After the original verdict in the Jordan Davis case (which was complete bullshit), the only people who uttered a peep were black people. In fact one of the few white celebrities that I have seen speak out about black people is Susan Sarandon. This is why I go out of my way to watch her films, and everyone else is ‘Hollywhite’ who ignores our plight can truly go fuck themselves.
Anton Yelchin, a 27-year-old actor best known for playing the character Chekov in two “Star Trek” movies, was killed early on Sunday when his car rolled and pinned him against a wall in his driveway, police said.
Russian-born Yelchin died shortly after 1 a.m. after he apparently stepped out of his car in the steep driveway of his Los Angeles home and it rolled backwards, said Jenny Houser, spokeswoman for the Los Angeles Police Department.
“The car pinned him against a brick wall and a security fence and that trauma led to his death,” Houser said.
Yelchen was due at a rehearsal and when he did not show up, friends went to his house and found him dead, Houser said. No foul play was suspected but the accident is under investigation, she said.
Yelchen’s death caused consternation among actors and others who had worked with him or knew him. Many reacted on Twitter.
“Still in shock. Rest in peace, Anton,” tweeted Justin Lin, who directed Yelchin in his third Star Trek movie. “Your passion and enthusiasm will live on with everyone that had the pleasure of knowing you.”
“I loved Anton Yelchin so much,” wrote John Cho, who plays Sulu in the current Star Trek. “He was a true artist – curious, beautiful, courageous. He was a great pal and a great son. I’m in ruins.”

From the Seattle Times:
Attrell Cordes, who formed the hip-hop duo P.M. Dawn with his brother and was also known by the name Prince Be, has died.
His representative confirmed Cordes’ death on Saturday. He was 46.
“It’s true,” said Jeff Epstein, of Universal Attractions Agency in an email, responding to a query about the death. The performer had been suffering from renal kidney disease, People reported, and died in New Jersey.

The following was written by Facebook member Che Brandes-Tuka. It contains some information as to who the Orlando shooter Omar Mateen was.
He was a child of immigrants, born and raised in the United States.
He pledged allegiance to Hezbollah, Al-Qaeda AND ISIS, 3 organizations that are de facto at war with each other, showing he was ignorant about all 3, let alone politics in the Middle East in general.
He knew practically nothing about Islam and according to his wife, father and community he was not religious in the slightest.
He struggled with his toxic masculinity, had an alcohol problem and beat up his wife for which he was never charged.
He was racist towards Blacks, Latinos and other minorities and in the shooting killed predominantly queer people of color.
Despite his own alleged queer inclinations, he was a homophobe in a country where still 1 in 5 LGBTQ people are victims of hate crimes and there are more than a 100 anti-LGBTQ bills (from anti-gay marriage to bathroom bills) pending in dozens of states.
He idolized the NYPD, one of the country’s most well-known and cherished institutions that has an army bigger than ISIS, is known to indiscriminately, unwarrantedly and disproportionally spy on Muslims and which engages in systematic violence against Blacks, Latinos and other minorities.
He beat juveniles in detention centers over the head for a living as he worked for and got his training from the private security firm G4S, which is not only one of the foremost stakeholders in the Prison–industrial complex, but is also invested in mass deportations as it runs immigration detention centers and participates in the occupation of Palestine, training other mass killers in Israel to target and imprison Palestinians.
He staged a mass shooting in a country that has seen a 1,000 mass shootings in the last 1,200 days.
So basically he was ignorant, self-conflicted, racist, sexist, homophobe, had a sick admiration for authority and was obsessed with guns and violence, eventually acting upon all of that.
The nation, and perhaps the world, is still dealing with the aftermath of last weekend’s massacre at a popular gay club in Orlando, Florida. People are still trying to wrap their heads over what the news media christened as “the worst mass shooting in U.S. history. Members of the LGBT community are understandably shaken and worried, especially after hearing of news of another impending attack that was averted – this time, the target was at a gay pride parade in Los Angles.
But we’ve seen ‘tragedies’ like this before. And I use the term tragedies loosely, because there seems to be (at least) one of this variety per year in this country with more shootings occurring in-between. This country seems rather numb, desensitized enough to be too lazy to do anything about it. America is losing lives by the thousands each year due to gun violence alone.
But America truly doesn’t give a fuck.
I know you’re asking, “How could you say that?” How could I NOT say it? Sure, we’re mourning for the victims of the terrible shooting and are thinking about their families and friends. (In the internet age, we show it through tweets and flag-modified selfies on Facebook.) I know the news media seemed genuinely disturbed. And hell yes, I’m aware of the politicians coming out on camera expressing their shock, anger and sympathy towards those affected.
But like I said before, America truly doesn’t give a fuck.
If gun violence is as bad as it seems, it would make sense to take drastic measures to do something about it. The popular answers are that there must be stricter gun laws and getting guns off the street somehow, especially the kind the military uses that always end up in the hands of civilian assholes. Meanwhile, a certain pro-gun group buys the government in order to prevent any change, and government officials happily sellout.
They win. The gun nuts always come out on top. And they have no problems with it.
Like I said in my previous post, the U.S. leads the world in mass shootings. But America truly doesn’t give a fuck.
What can we do to get through another attack? What can be done to prevent another attack? The answer from politicians has always summed down to one word. Pray.
We are told to pray after a violent tragedy to God, the same God that did nothing to prevent the tragedy in the first damn place. We are told to kneel, put our hands together and talk to ourselves. And before you know it, another freakin’ incident of gun violence takes place. Why?
Because apparently, God doesn’t give a fuck because America truly doesn’t give a fuck.
What happened in Orlando was NOT the deadliest mass shooting in American history as the mainstream media proclaimed. And it certainly won’t be the last. It is one of a long continuous line of man-made chaos against certain people in this country alone. It is part of the violence against people who are not considered ‘normal’. It happened against the Native Americans, women, Africans and their descendants, Mexicans, Asians, the poor and so on. Don’t hate just because it’s the historical truth.
There is always enough hate in this nation to explode at any given time. Depending on the perpetrators and the victims, society has taught its people who to hate and hear and who to feel safe around. They are taught who are victims and who are criminals. They are taught who deserves to live and who deserves to die.
So, it’s no wonder while you have many people expressing their sympathies, claiming to stand with the LGBT community, you have haters practically cheering the brutal deaths of those killed. At the same time, you will have more haters rushing to use the massacre as an excuse to condemn Islam as a ‘violent religion’. No matter what, there will be people who will use hate during a time of sorrow.
And they don’t give a fuck.
You might think that maybe, just maybe the Orlando massacre will be the breaking point to which America will finally wake up and wise up. But I wouldn’t hold my breath. As mentioned earlier, this is but another instance of violence that could’ve been prevented, but was ultimately ignored. In some instances, tragedies like this are encouraged somehow. Whatever the case, another mass shooting will occur anywhere from right now to sometime next year, and we’ll go through the cycles once again like a tireless script.
It won’t matter if the victims in the next moment of gun-induced chaos will be women, men, children, blacks, whites, Latinos, Asians, Native Americans, biracial, straight, LGBT, Christians, Sikhs, Muslims, Catholics, Protestants, Jews, Atheists, Agnostics, lower, middle, upper-class, American-born, foreign-born, able-bodied or disabled. The saga will continue undisturbed, and society will – as usual – refuse to learn a damn thing.
America truly doesn’t give a fuck.
The nightclub known as ‘Pulse’ has been a hangout for the LGBT community in Orlando, Florida. Early Sunday morning around 2 a.m. EST during a party, a shooting occurred at the nightclub. The shooter was identified as Omar Mateen who, according to the New York Times, pledged allegiance to ISIS in a 911 call prior to the attacks.
Over a hundred people were shot. At first, the murder count was reported as high as 20, but subsequent reports reported that at least 49 people were killed.
Mateen held up the club with a dozen hostages. Hundreds of party goers managed to escape unharmed.
At about 5 a.m., a SWAT team raided the nightclub. Mateen was eventually killed by police.
At this time, the mainstream media and law enforcement declared the massacre as a terrorist attack. However, many are considering to also charge this as a hate crime.
The news media have all declared this as the worst mass shooting in U.S. history.
Because the shooting was conducted by someone of Middle Eastern background with a radical Muslim faith with confessed ties to an Islamic state, the Middle Eastern and Muslim communities will – if not already – will be held responsible for this individual’s crime. Islam will, as usual, be considered as a violent religion. There will be politicians and evangelical Christians who will condemn a religion of millions for this one terrible act.
Meanwhile, there’s an outpouring of sympathy for the LGBT community of Orlando, probably for LGBT communities nationwide. Yet, prior to the massacre, homophobia was steadily high, especially in states like North Carolina with their recent anti-LGBT law. Sadly but predictably, there will be people who claim Christian heritage that will take pleasure in this tragedy, praising God for the deaths of innocent people whom they declare as ‘abominations’.
However, the kinder members of faith will ask us to pray for the families and friends of those murdered and injured.
Lastly, there will be a brief discussion on gun laws. But there won’t likely be any drastic changes to those laws. Another win for the NRA and right wing gun nuts.
Oh, and conservatives will blame President Obama for this.
The United States leads the world in mass shootings. And after each mass shooting the nation has learned nothing, because it refuses to acknowledge its issues. Intolerance and hatred continues to manifest, violence still rules over life itself and those who will take advantage and capitalize of another mass shooting will triumph again.
At first, I thought about waiting until Monday to express my thoughts on current situations. But I decided to go ahead and write my thoughts on recent events that may have you shaking your heads in disappointment, cursing up a storm and praying for divine intervention.
On one hand, we have two guaranteed candidates from both political parties in the running for office. Both have been proven to be less-than hopeful choices. And on the other hand, we are given yet another demonstration on why black and brown folks fear the judicial system while well-to-do white males have it easy. The one thing these two have in common is the usual prerogative of maintaining white supremacy in a machine on the verge of breaking down.
We know that the Republican Presidential nominee Donald Trump is a total douche bag with loads of undeserved money and heavy support from a population of assholes who adore his hatred and nothing much else. I’ve blogged about him a few times. However, in the other corner, we have the Democratic Presidential nominee Hillary Clinton, the wife and former First Lady of former President Bill Clinton. And she’s shown to be not that much of Trump’s polar opposite as far as morale is concerned.
Lots of people, mostly conservatives, believe that the black community collectively vote for Democrats as if we operate as a hive mind ignoring members of the right who are black themselves and assume our choices for which party to vote for are bordering on the infantile as if we don’t know any better. Bizarrely, some of them believe we should join the right side even though many conservatives see black people as inferior who must side with whiteness in order to truly be “free”.
Not surprisingly, the same sentiment thrives among many liberals and Democrats. Folks on the left believe that if the white community prospers, then the black community will eventually prosper on its own as a result.
Which brings me to why Hillary is just the opposite side of the two-headed coin when it comes to black folks.
It’s no secret that black folks have been riding the Clintons since the early 1990’s. Yet, many are unaware or uncaring that we were primarily screwed by them during their reign in office. President Clinton implemented tough-on-crime sentencing policies that impacted black people the hardest. It was during his administration that laws and punishments against blacks concerning drugs would extremely cripple their communities for years to come.
Hillary would piggyback by labeling youth gangs as ‘superpredators‘, kids who are criminal prone with no humanity. The youth referred in this instance translates into black (and brown) youth. She would jump on the tough-on-crime bandwagon to criminalize black youth, something that would remain to this very day as young black people are gunned down by trigger-happy cops and fear-based vigilantes and sent to prison in record-high numbers for the lamest of infractions.
This is due to the racist mentality which remains to this day. Black people commit the most crimes. So, it’s natural – necessary – to put them down or lock them up, even if most of the crimes are non-violent or if they’re totally innocent and have been falsely imprisoned. Black people are a criminal race despite that most crime are actually committed by whites. Black people don’t need help, assistance or even therapy, because black lives DON’T matter.
However, white lives DO matter. Rich white male lives especially matter above everyone elses. Which brings me to the second half of why we should be mad and worried.
The nation got wind of a case where a dude named Brock Turner, a former student and athlete at Standford University, raped an unconscious woman last year. Recently, he was sentenced to six months in jail and three years probation. The judge Aaron Persky ruled that, “a prison sentence would have a severe impact on (Turner). He thinks ,”he will not be a danger to others.”
If it sounds lenient, you’re not alone. Several petitions demanding a harsher sentence as well as removing Persky has obtained hundreds of thousands – perhaps millions – of signatures. Yet, despite the outcry on behalf of the poor victim and a powerful letter written by said victim, Turner is said to be released in three months instead of six!
Since then, Turner’s dad has set up a website asking for donations to pay for his son’s legal fees.
It’s hard to wrap your head around how laughable the so-called justice system is when there’s more sympathy for the victim than the rapist. But we’ve seen this before with other well-to-do white males after they’ve committed heinous crimes.
We saw it in 2014 when Robert H. Richards, IV, the heir to the Du Pont fortune, was only given probation after being charged with raping his own daughter because, according to the judge, he would not “fare well” in prison. And who can forget Ethan Crouch, the underaged teen who drove drink, killed four people and only got ten years probation because, according to another judge, he suffered from ‘affluenza’ (he was spoiled as hell)? White male privilege, as Charles F. Coleman, Jr. puts it, is the ultimate trump card.
Another case in particular perfectly displayed how race determines sentencing. Cory Batey, another former student and athlete from Vanderbuilt was charged with raping an unconscious woman on campus. He was sentenced to a minimum of 15 to 25 years in prison.
Batey is black. Even though the two cases are generally the same, the black dude got a harsher sentence.
FYI, I’m not saying he should have gotten a lighter punishment, but it demonstrates perfectly that the system is largely against people of color while favoring white lives, especially those who are well-off.
In this society, race and class determines who goes to prison and who doesn’t. They determine who deserves leniency and who doesn’t. And they determine who gets a harsher punishment and who doesn’t. So, it shouldn’t shock anyone to see a grand population of poor blacks locked up while middle and upper-class whites get to roam virtually free.
Between the election and this case alone, I dread where society is heading. Two members of the whiteness club are running for office while a privileged white male has gotten a slap on the wrist for violating a young girl.
At this point, it’s hard to consider voting this November when the country has decided that two candidates known for their racism are the best choices. And I agree with anyone who thinks the ‘justice’ system is a joke, especially after learning about the Brock Turner case. Then again, I believed it for years.
Soon, it will be the one-year anniversary of the EAM Episcopal Church massacre where nine black people were slain by white supremacist terrorist Dylann Roof. Race relations have been going south in recent years, but the two stories told in this article and many others unmentioned continue to deteriorate before, during and after that tragic day.
