As I mentioned in my previous post, Susan Smith was a young mother of two from the South who claimed that her sons were kidnapped by a black man during a carjacking. Typical of their brand of objectivity and truth, the media hurriedly made Smith’s story a cause celeb promoting her tale as much as they could. Portraying her as a distraught helpless mom fearful of her kids’ fate, there wasn’t one news outlet that didn’t give her a platform to spew what of course turned out to be pure bullshit. And true to form, the media offered NO apology for being wrong and furthering the agenda of a deceitful, guilty as sin white female.
Obviously to white people in the media, the concept of responsibility or accountability that they preach to others is unknown to them. Why practice yourself what you constantly preach to others consistency? Who the hell needs it? Not them apparently, nor did they need to exonerate any black males that might have come under suspicion.
Thankfully, in the case of Smith, cops knew that she was speaking the most forked of tongues from the moment she started lying to them. Her story was woefully inaccurate, and they gave her just enough rope to hang herself.
Yet, when the reality of Smith’s guilt came out, many white people, especially those in her hometown, said that they felt sorry for her. Sorry for what assholes? She’s the one who fucking did it! That’s like the old joke about the guy who killed his parents then wanted the judge to go easy on him because he was an orphan.
White people in the media were the main ones decrying any punishment for Smith, because supposedly, she had been molested for years by her stepfather and felt bad about what she did. If that’s the case, dumbasses, then why did she let a lie go for nine days and only confessed because the cops had her ass dead to rights? Smith didn’t give a damn that an innocent black person would have gone down for her crime.
Funny, but those same pity-the-poor-victim-of-abuse were singing a much different song for brothers Lyle and Erik Menedez when they used abuse as a reason for murdering their parents. Somehow the translation of don’t-use-abuse-as-an-excuse got lost when a white woman was the accused.
It’s the same shit they always peddle for white folks including runaway bride Jennifer Wilbanks. It seems that Wilbanks, a white woman from Baltimore who was slated for marriage, got cold feet at the last moment. And rather than explain to her intended that she changed her mind, she concocted an elaborate and irresponsible hoax by saying that she was kidnapped by three Mexican men.
The media, as always, could be counted on to back up a white woman’s load of crap and not spend even a second checking their facts beforehand. No shock to anyone that Wilbanks story was complete and utter fiction. Yet, she was not charged with any crime or even forced to pay restitution for the time and money wasted on her. She was seen as overwhelmed and therefore not in her right mind. Amazing that she had the presence of mind to implicate men of color in her fabrication.
Each and every one of those white people has had the requisite asshole defending their rotten behavior. Forever whining that it’s not about race but they never give a reason for why then, if that’s the case, do white folks – without fail – always select a perpetrator of color. I have never once heard any lying, cheating, full of shit white person tell cops that another white person did something terrible to them.
Recently, Brotha told a story about a young white woman named Ashley Depew who claimed that she and her man were accosted by three black men, leaving her with a severely bruised face. Cops, who were probably weary to the stink of falseness coming from her lips, chose not to believe her, and with good reason. Depew was a lying little bleep-bleep who was covering for her boyfriend that beat the shit out of her. Whatever empathy she would have gotten from me is decidedly null and void after that point.
It’s not just everyday average white people either. A few years ago, embattled crackhead and one-time beloved child star Lindsay Lohan attempted to slither her way out of a driving offense by saying that her lone black male passenger was the one behind the wheel. Lohan was playing the CYA game, because she was higher than a 747 jet and had several grams of cocaine in her pocket. Fortunately for the black male in her vehicle, the two white males, also there, corroborated his version of the tale by saying that it was Lindsay in the driver’s seat.
Any white person in denial that none of these instances are racially motivated is the epitome of stuck on stupid and will get no convincing from me whatsoever. All the liars involved are fully aware of what they are doing otherwise as I have already stated they would have never tried to ruin the life of people not like them. Non-white folks are automatically seen as dangerous and prone to violence. You don’t see the reverse because we aren’t thought of as either truthful or victims. Certainly not when a black woman says that she was raped by a white male but let that be a white woman and the world must spin right out of its’ axis, even when she is turns out to be a damn fake like the white woman in upstate New York studying to be a nun that claimed she was raped by a black man.
There have been many white female liars throughout the history of America, and they are apparently still at it. Only now, there aren’t any lynch mobs around to dole out street justice, except – that is – the ones who operate under the disguise of journalism. They may have become more high tech. Still, they are a lynch mob all the same.
*NOTE* Ashley Depew is really Asian.
